Danielle Everett advises clients in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and business law. She has been practicing law since 1999 and has worked with individuals and businesses on transactional matters both in the U.S. and internationally. Danielle founded the Everett Law Group in 2007 with the goal of bringing large law firm experience to smaller clients.

Prior to founding the Everett Law Group, Danielle practiced corporate and securities law in the Frankfurt office of Clifford Chance, one of the world’s largest law firms. She also worked as a foreign attorney at Hengeler Mueller, one of Europe’s premier corporate law firms, where she participated in complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters. Prior to working in Germany, Danielle practiced corporate and business law at a prominent San Diego-based firm.

Danielle is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

EDUCATION AND HONORS

Danielle received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also served as a Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review.

Danielle received her B.A. in Economics from Stanford University in 1994.
